Republic Day Observed
63rd Republic day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Aliganj, Lucknow. Sh. C.K. Ojha, Principal of the Vidyalaya unfurled the Tricolor. Then, National Anthem, Flag Song “Hind Desh Ka Pyara Jhanda” was sung by the students in chorus. A Patriotic Speech was delivered by Km. Sushobhita of class XII. Small kids of Primary Section presented a group song followed by speech in Hindi by Archit of class IV. Next, Students of both the shifts presented group song and solo song. Concluding the program, the Principal the Vidyalaya extended his blessing, emphasizing on the need of inculcating patriotism, honesty and discipline among the student. Sh. A.K. Bhatia, Vice Principal of the Vidyalaya, extended vote of thanks to one and all present at the function. In the end, Sweets were distributed among the Students.

KVS Social Science Exhibition
Kendriya Vidyalaya Aliganj organized the KVS Social Science Exhibition-cum-National Integration Camp 2011 on 14th and 15th Nov. 2011. Our worthy Commissioner Sh. Avinash Dikshit was the Chief Guest at the Inaugural Ceremony of the Exhibition.
Co-Curicular Activities
Various activities like Speech, mask making competition and poster making competition has been organized under CCA to promote Peace and Harmony.
Chote Miyan
Master Tanmay Chaturvedi (International Celebrity) is selected for “Chhote Miyan” to be telecast on Colors Channel very soon.
Rangoli Competetion
Rangoli competition was held on 15-10-2011 in Primary and Secondary Section.
Pot Decoration Competetion
Pot decoration competition was held on 15-10-2011 in secondary section.
Vigilance Week
Vigilance Week is celebrated in Vidyalaya. Various activities like Essay Competition, Poster making Competition was organized and a short play was presented by the students on the topic “Stop Corruption”.
